Do you love software development, but don't want to be a pure developer? Then become a part of our team and contribute significantly to the implementation of new and innovative functions as DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)!
As a member of the Software Build Team you will be responsible for the continuous improvement, enhancement, and maintenance of the software build processes as well as the build infrastructure. You will be part of our international and highly motivated agile team and in close contact to the development teams. Furthermore, you are responsible to consult with them and implement requirements to the build system. You will act as an innovator, which means that you intrinsically research and introduce new technologies and optimize existing tooling and processes.


  • Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery, minimizing manual errors and deployment time
  • Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Optimizing system performance and scalability through monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning
  • Integrating security best practices into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Implementing Docker containerization to facilitate varied build environments
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize cloud resource usage and reduce infrastructure costs
  • Cooperating with agile teams to identify automation potential

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or work experience in software development
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Packer
  • Profound knowledge in some of the areas: version control systems, build automation systems, package / dependency management (Conan), containerization, shell scripting, compilers (C, C++), build systems / generators (Make, CMake) and debugging
  • Strong communication skills, passion for software development and innovative spirit
  • You have a good understanding of complex structures and processes
  • Fluent in English, German is plus
