For our office located in the heart of Luxembourg, in the cargo centre of the international airport, we are looking for an experienced Sea Freight Coordinator (m/f/d).
- You take over the lead of the sea freight department - ensuring a high customer satisfaction.
- You deal with all custom procedures to ensure a full compliance to all relevant regulations by following all necessary procedures of the custom clearance requirements.
- You are responsible for the negotiating and booking with the shipping lines.
- You coordinate the collection and delivery process to the final destination.
- You manage the whole documents flow – from BL to certificate of origin.
- Minimum 2 years' of professional experience in sea freight.
- Advanced knowledge in imports and exports as well as in custom regulations.
- Knowledge of incoterms is your strenght.
- Fluent in English, any other language is considered as an advantage.
- You have a commercially minded approach together with excellent communication skills.
- You like to work as a teamplayer.
