Tasks research support / data collection:

  • Researching different company key figures in secondary data sources, online databases
  • Cleaning of data from online surveys, comparison of answers with a predefined list of companies
  • Conducting quality and reputation checks of the companies based on defined criteria
  • Plausibility check by means of built-up knowledge about the respective sector

Tasks First level support for online surveys:

  • First point of contact for participants in online surveys
  • Timely and professional transmission of general information about the surveys
  • Administration of received documents from survey participants
  • Forwarding complex requests to the project managers and ensuring they are processed
  • Organise and prioritise requests

  • Good knowledge of Excel and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Enjoy collecting, organising and reviewing large amounts of data in Excel
  • Meticulous, independent and reliable way of working with an eye for quality, detail and accuracy
  • Very good written and spoken English (B2)
  • Very good written and spoken French (B2)
  • Good knowledge of German is an advantage
