  • EuroTrophy is a Joint Venture company in the Defense sector.
  • EuroTrophy serves as a European hub for the marketing, sale and production of Trophy® Active Protection System (APS) – a life saving system made for protecting armored vehicles and their crews.
  • The company is based in Germany and is responsible for the European production lines of Trophy®, thus being a provider of high-end, state-of-the-art Active Protection Systems.
  • The company also provides project management services, vehicle integration support services and related through-life support of the systems. These services significantly improve the security of supply of the system to its existing European user nations, and its potential future customers.
  • The company focuses on the needs of the European defense community, with emphasis on being agile and adaptive to today's and tomorrow's operational needs.

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Headquarters in Frankfurt, with willingness to travel to customers' sites as well as to other external parties' sites (subcontractors, services providers etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan and manage Active Protection Systems projects of varying size and complexity and perform required activities across all project phases – Coordination and management of new and existing projects across Europe.
  • Coordination of interdisciplinary project/technical teams and external subcontractors and partners.
  • Ensuring strategic program objectives and contract-compliant execution in logistical, technical, financial and schedule terms.
  • Integrated project management including task management, progress measurement and reporting to management (including preparation of project and development status reports for customers and management).
  • Implementation of risk management into the project.
  • Support the bid process and sales teams for the acquisition of new or follow-on projects.

  • At least 10 years' experience as a Project/Program Manager or similar position in a high paced environment, ideally with a background of working in the Defense sector or other similar sectors – a must
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to completion.
  • Extensive technical understanding of multidisciplinary systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Fluent in German and in English, excellent written English skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel in Germany and internationally.
