How to contribute to our vision
For our Business Unit Offshore, we are looking for Yoke Operators for Installation.
These are your main functions:
  • Your main focus and responsibility is to operate the Yoke's for tower, nacelle and blade installation of offshore wind turbines worldwide included the tagline systems (EU, US and APAC)
  • You perform, supervise, train and ensure safety cultures and behaviors within the Yoke operations
  • You keep and maintain accurate logbooks, documentation and reports as required by company
  • policy
  • You supervise and conduct the training of new colleagues / 3rd party employees
  • You execute regular maintenance of the Yoke's according to plans.
  • You support with trouble shooting of the Yoke's to make sure that the Yoke's can operate at all time.
  • You can be hired in Denmark, Germany, UK or Poland depending on your resistance.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
  • You have experience with Yoke operation from the wind turbine industry.
  • You successfully completed an apprenticeship within a mechanical or electrical area.
  • You are willing and able to work offshore in shift patterns and you have the ability to transfer
  • with helicopter or small transfer vessels for crew change to work offshore
  • You have the ability to manage administrative tasks in a structural and self-dependent manner
  • You like to work in multinational teams by bringing strong intercultural skills along
  • You are able to communicate (speaking and writing) in English
