As a Senior IT Consultant (m/f/d), your role revolves around delivering impactful software solutions to our customers, autonomously navigating through various stages from design to deployment. This involves hands-on coding within customer projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing scalability and efficiency using knowis, cloud, and open-source technologies.
- Develop enterprise-grade applications using knowis, cloud, and open-source technologies
- Lead the development of core components of enterprise applications, driving the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Innovate solutions to enhance application performance, scalability, and security, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Contextualize business needs and make decisions that optimize customer outcomes
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to address critical technical challenges and to reach decisions on important technical issues
- Identify customer requirements and pain points, leveraging knowis products and services to provide value
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- You bring 5+ years experience developing cloud-native applications using Java, Node.js, or similar languages
- You have experience with BPM (e.g. IBM Business Automation Workflow) within customer projects
- You are hands-on and have experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
- Your excellent problem-solving skills enable you to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- You are fluent in written and spoken English (German is a plus)
