Your tasks
- You will support the existing Commercial Project Management Team in the commercial handling of major international projects.
- The administration of project-related bank guarantees and bonds will be in your hands.
- You will be responsible for preparing invoices for selected projects.
- In addition you will also be involved in payment processing of local banking accounts
- Preparing the necessary commercial documents for project shipments will be part of your job.
- Furthermore, you will be involved in the commercial processing of customer claims.
- The commercial processing of insurance claims is also part of your area of responsibility.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience as an assistant (m/f/d) in project work for major international projects.
- Knowledge of SAP SD and MS Office you have already been able to gain.
- We require very good knowledge of Portuguese and English; further language skills (e.g. German, French) are an advantage.
- Your structured and goal-oriented way of working contributes to your adequate handling of complex, dynamic projects.
- Because of your excellent organizational skills and your structured way of working, you are a mainstay of the hydropower project.
- Your flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even with a high workload, as well as your balanced personality round off your profile.
