Our Performance Management & Business Support team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Manage digital transformation and change process across functions for the sustainable and successful development of the organization
- Facilitate management team to create vision and targets for digital transformation
- Analyse business process and derive digital optimization potential in close cooperation with experts in growth lines
- Implement Digi roadmap based on thorough analysis of current state and engage with stakeholders to ensure the delivery
- Build up internal and cross company networks and facilitate collaboration with our Digital Transformation team to realize the digital opportunities available in Digital Transformation Program portfolio
- Encourage innovative and digital ideation with agile working frameworks
- Support digital competency development including train employees on new tools and methods
- As part of the Business Support team also take over Business Support related tasks if needed
- University degree with excellent grading in the relevant field
- Professional experience of minimum 3-5 years in relevant business area
- Project management experience including the coordination and completion of projects (PMP certification, Scrum, Lean is a plus)
- Good understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their fields of application (i.e. PowerBI and Microsoft Automation Suite)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with excellence communication skills and ability to inspire people for change
- High level of commitment and team spirit with ‘can do' mentality
- Appreciation for working in an international environment
- Professional command of English and German (desirable)
- Willingness to have lots of fun
- Willingness to travel in case needed
