Our Renewables team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!

Actively manage requirements of Project Development towards internal support functions:

  • Staying in touch with project developers and originators, to understand their needs and requirements
  • Streamlining interface processes to ensure efficient communication and coordination
  • Following up on open topics and managing demand effectively to meet organizational needs

Project Development enhancement & acceleration:

  • Close involvement with RES/ Uniper initiatives, understanding impact for Project Development, deriving way forward
  • Ensure that project governance aligns with organizational objectives and standards
  • Participate in the development of project governance policies and procedures

Continuous Improvement: Project Development & internal Process Definition:

  • Provide tools and templates to support various project development & internal processes
  • Continuously improve project development processes by implementing best practices and lessons learned along the value chain

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable studies
  • A structured, pragmatic and proactive individual. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently and proactively in achieving team and individual objectives
  • Analytical thinker, demand challenger and full ownership taker
  • Ability to work across multiple work streams and projects with competing priorities, prioritizing where appropriate and clarifying deadlines if required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of Stakeholders
  • Process management experience is a plus, e.g. Lean Six Sigma or comparable
  • Experienced in working in an international environment and appreciation of cultural differences
  • Business fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
