Solution Manager* Enforcement Solutions

VITRONIC offers end-to-end traffic solutions for different fields of applications. The most important business field is road safety enforcement for which VITRONIC is offering productized E2E solutions as a baseline for implementing customer specific solutions within the scope of design & build customer projects.
As Solution Manager* Enforcement Solutions you are globally responsible for segments of our enforcement solution portfolio (e.g. section speed enforcement). You will manage the solutions throughout all phases of the product management process, starting from envisioning and planning entirely new solutions, to solution lifecycle management and the retirement of solutions. You will drive your solutions from a business perspective striving for an innovative, market-oriented and competitive baseline solutions VITRONIC can offer to its global customer base. In addition, you will serve as the “solution expert” to other departments (Sales, R&D, Service, Marketing etc.) in the organization coordinating all solution-related activities.


  • Lead the strategic development and positioning of enforcement solutions
  • Support the definition of VITRONICs platform product portfolio strategy
  • Management of parts of the platform product portfolio (incl. add ons)
  • Perform market & competitor analysis as input for product planning
  • Monitor technological trends & developments to ensure the platform product portfolio remains competitive
  • Develop the product strategy and work out the product business plan and product roadmap
  • Translate user feedback and research into actionable insights for product enhancements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure product features are accurately implemented
  • Coordinate product and product release launches
  • Enable and support Sales in selling the products
  • Define product-related services
  • Continuous life cycle management of the products
  • Presenting the products at conferences, trade shows etc.

  • Proven experience in product management ideally in a traffic technology environment
  • Ideally a combined technical and economical education (e.g. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the aptitude to drive alignment across technical and business teams
  • Expertise in making impactful presentations to stakeholders
  • Self-organized person with positive attitude towards challenges in the role
  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
  • A very good command of English is complementing your profile
