  • Execute and coordinate the global audit program across plants, sites and projects against plan and on demand
  • Report, communicate and follow up on identified deviations and improvements
  • Coordinate and support 3rd party audits across Nordex in. acc. with audit plan
  • Monitor and analyze top compliance issues, systemic issues, and opportunities
  • Monitor Audit KPI's and reporting
  • Provide coaching in problem solving (8D) to solve compliance issues across sites
  • Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities based on findings
  • Provide quality awareness coaching and audit training
  • Provide input to and support the implementation of the Global Audit Strategy
  • Support development and management of the global audit program across all Nordex sites.
  • Support the implementation and continuous development of Nordex' management system and internal procedures

  • BA/BS Degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Certified auditor of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, or VDA 6.3
  • At least 2-3 years of auditor and quality assurance experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • Service-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experienced in project/process management
  • Fluent in English (C1)
