We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Team Lead to oversee key HR functions, including payroll, compensation and benefits, digitalization, data protection, compliance and audit, and HR reporting. This role involves supervising these critical HR functions, ensuring efficient and effective administration of HR policies and programs, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals in these areas

Sneak preview of your future tasks:

  • You will lead an enthusiastic HR team at MBition, ensuring efficient task allocation and project completion.
  • You will oversee payroll, compensation & benefit processes, including all guidelines and the yearly salary review process.
  • With your team, you will be responsible for all center of competence processes such as data protection and HR reporting. You will ensure compliance with data protection regulations and manage HR audits effectively.
  • You will continuously improve existing HR processes, develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting systems, and provide facts and figures to top management.
  • You will drive HR projects and digital transformation initiatives and manage HRIS systems for data accuracy.
  • Together with the business team leads of MBition, you will develop and implement new requirements, standards, and concepts.
  • In collaboration with our labor law expert, you will build a trustful relationship and maintain daily communication with our works council.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, data protection, compliance, and HR digitalization
  • Experience with HRIS and digital transformation projects
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Language skills:

  • Fluent English (C1) is required, and proficiency in German is preferred
