As Digital Solutions and Process Manager (m/w/d), your mission will be to streamline digital infrastructure, lead the digitization of our offerings, and enhance processes across the organization, all while ensuring data security and system stability. You will be the crucial link between stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring our IT architecture aligns with the dynamic needs of TUM Venture Labs. This role emphasizes product ownership responsibilities, where you will manage and orchestrate multiple customer-facing services and interface with our IT service organization. Digital Solutions and Process Manager (m/w/d) - Start-up center München Kreativquartier full-time, permanent Deine Aufgaben IT Strategy & Digital Infrastructure: Align our digital landscape with the needs of the founders and build a strategic portfolio of value-driven digital offerings Develop and maintain a flexible service architecture and tool stack for the organization Ensure system integration and compatibility Product Development: Use design thinking and rapid prototyping to showcase new digital solutions and leverage low-hanging fruits. Develop working prototypes by using low- and no-code tools Prioritize and manage an implementation backlog to maintain timelines and support decision-making. Digital Process Optimization & Automation: Refine and introduce automation processes to streamline current operations. Digital Operations: Convert prototypes into real products and ensure underlying tools run stably and securely, with continuous improvement and maintenance. For key tools, align license and access management with our existing IT department. Align tool usage across the organization with budget and compliance requirements. Conduct training for employees and ensure proper documentation Dein Profil Agile Project Management Professional Experience managing agile projects, implementing solutions, and prioritizing tasks efficiently for example in SCRUM. Stakeholder Management Proven ability to engage effectively with multiple teams, align goals, and manage expectations. Process Improvement Demonstrated track record in process definition and optimization. Security Awareness Familiarity with data security practices, sensitive data handling, and employee training. IT Services Knowledge Basic understanding of digital services, including database management, CRM & automation tools, MS Office/Google Suite, and user management tools. Coding (low-code) Experience in low-code development and basic coding in python Communication Skills Strong communication skills for providing guidelines and training employees on tool usage.
