We are driving the growth of Neustark by rapidly closing partnerships with CDR providers, CO2 Sources as well as CO2 sinks to build the dominant CO2 removal platform at scale. The GTM team is spearheading the expansion of the Neustark footprint and opening new markets within a hyper-growth environment. Our team relies on a data-driven GTM to maximize the growth strategy of Neustark. The GTM Strategy & Operations Team designs and operationalize the Neustark strategy to accelerate revenue and drive execution across all growth functions. Together, we forge a sustainable and impactful future for Neustark and our customers.

YOUR mission at neustark:
  • Design the global Neustark GTM and growth strategy as the Operating Partner to the CRO in close alignment with the Executive Team and GTM team leads.
  • Lead GTM operations including annual planning process, market evaluation, organizational design, sales territory building, and target setting.
  • Develop the strategy and framework for Neustark's international GTM expansion and market entry strategies.
  • Establish and manage the sales operations infrastructure to support international sales efforts.
  • Lead strategic projects by collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure the successful execution of GTM strategies.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize GTM strategies and operations.

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM Strategy and Operations, preferably with SaaS.
  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience to C-Level stakeholders.
  • Experienced in building and operationalizing GTM strategy to accelerate revenue.
  • Proven track record to drive revenue growth and operational excellence in high-growth companies through process, policy, and technology optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to create actionable insights.
  • Experienced in selling technical projects or services in complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of success in driving pipeline and achieving sales targets.
  • Experienced in opening and establishing new markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth culture with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Professional fluency in English, German is a plus.
Please note: We are looking for somebody either in Germany or Switzerland. Our German office is located in Cologne, but the role can also be based in Munich.
