To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a

International Head of Sales DÜRR NDT (m/f/d)

Prefered working location Germany, Bietigheim-Bissingen. Other locations in Europe possible.


  • Strategic positioning of the company, brands and products

  • Identification of new market potentials to derive new business opportunities and strategies
  • Reviewing and adapting strategic measures and projects to changing market situations

  • Implementation of measures and projects
  • Market observation and market analysis including VOC and VOS for continuous improvement of established products and for requirement specifications of new NDT products
  • Planning and monitoring of the sales budget with corresponding sales responsibility in the double-digit million range
  • Management and support of the international, multi-member sales team and dealers
  • Identification of new potential dealers and sales partners
  • Close cooperation with stakeholders inside and outside the company
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs and customer events


  • Successfully completed technical or business studies
  • Sales and management experience in global commercialization of technical branded products requiring explanation (B&B), ideally in the field of non-destructive testing (NDT) and/or X-ray imaging systems

  • Experienced in sales of imaging software
  • Experience in strategic market development within international multichannel sales structures

  • Strong customer and service orientation and strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication, leadership and motivational skills

  • Experience in managing international senior sales teams
  • Analytical skills, systematic and independent way of working, great negotiating skills and high sense responsibility

  • Willingness to take ownership
  • Customer and market-oriented thinking
  • business fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German desirable, other foreign languages an advantage
  • intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally
