Technical Product Specialist (m/w/d)
- Support our dealers with solutions for technical matters on Road Construction Products
- Identify product quality issues and address them to Technology via product maintenance process
- Prepare material and participate in regular technical meetings with selected dealers
- Conduct occasional field follow-up on technical problems and solutions, as well as urgent troubleshooting activities at dealer or customer's site
- A technical degree and/or corresponding working experience and knowledge
- Knowledge and experiences with Construction Equipment, preferable on Road Production Machinery
- Service minded with a strong drive to continuously improve yourself and our products
- Achievement driven and adapted to new technology shifts
- Good communication through fluent spoken and written English and German
- Willingness to travel occasional within EU and International
