Join our international team and take over responsibility for our data & insights business. Utilize the world's largest, privacy-first patient panel to develop innovative data and insights offerings with our expert team. Leverage existing networks to create impactful value propositions for healthcare partners, and collaborate with our marketing team to effectively reach the target audience.

As a Head of Pharma Data & Insights, you will work directly with our management team. You will spearhead the entrepreneurial development and build-up of smartpatient's data and insights business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define the development and improvement of our data and insights offering.
  • Establish and refine a scalable business model that allows for strong growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of pharma partners and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our data, product, and design teams to implement and fine-tune offerings.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality data products to our clients.
  • Build and lead the business development and sales team for our data products as you increasingly validate the market potential of our products.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in founding and growing a company, or in building and advancing data-related offerings.
  • Demonstrated success in working with or within healthcare (digital health) companies, ideally those providing products or services to pharmaceutical clients.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a strong focus on establishing and growing B2B relationships.
  • Strong passion for technology and data, with a solid understanding of leveraging these elements to achieve business goals.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate product value and refine pitches in presentations and written communication.
  • Strong analytical skills for making data-driven decisions and strategies.
  • A customer-first mindset in product development and delivery.
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
