Koordination und Abwicklung von Kundenreklamationen
- Durchführung detaillierter Ursachen- und Fehleranalysen sowie Erarbeitung und Implementierung von Lösungsstrategien zur Fehlerbehebung in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Fachabteilungen
- Sicherstellen der Qualitätsstandards unter Zuhilfenahme von Qualitäts-Tools wie z.B. APQP, PFMEA, Process-Control-Pläne, Prüfpläne etc.
- Anwendung der 8D- und anderer Problemlösungsmethoden zur Lösung von internen und externen Qualitätsthemen
- Kontrolle der QM-Kennzahlen und Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Reports
- Koordination bzw. Leitung von Q-Audits
- Definition und Umsetzung von Qualitätsverbesserungsmaßnahmen

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder technisches Studium wünschenswert

Erfahrungen im Bereich Qualität und Kundenservice

Kenntnisse von Qualitätssicherungssystemen und -methoden (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, auditing etc.) wünschenswert

Eigenständige Arbeitsweise

Gute analytische, organisatorische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten

Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP und MS Office)
