  • Responsibility for Pan-European distribution accounts and global responsibility for key customers
  • Direct negotiations and sales promotion at key customers for passive and wireless connectivity products
  • Create, implement, and execute business expansion and marketing sales strategy by product, region and market
  • Responsibility to increase sales and market share for Panasonic products by working closely with our product marketing and business development team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, find mutual understanding and create win-win partnerships
  • Establish and maintain a network across all hierarchical levels between Panasonic and customers
  • Report defined KPIs on a regular basis

  • Academic degree in business or comparable qualification
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales driven position, preferably within distribution or at a manufacturer
  • Commercial understanding, know-how of passive components desirable
  • Solution-orientation, customer focus and accountability
  • Excellent networking and presentation skills, self-driven and proactive
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40% of your time)
  • Driver's license required
