- Develop strategies and advise international leadership and teams on optimal business pacing and high customer satisfaction
- Advise on ongoing projects, processes and strategies by presenting market trends expertise and acting as a bridge between the various stakeholders
- Learn and share continously about the industry trends and customer insights for various E-Com markets; particular focus on assortment, competition and overall customer journey
- Conduct business and financial performance analysis
- Support management with ad-hoc requests
- Provide monthly performace reviews
- Monitor, track and analyse customer satisfaction and customer demands on all relevant platforms and provide relevant input to central teams
- Act as project associate
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in Retail, E-Commerce or related fields
- Extensive knowledge of the Office Suite; especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Thorough understanding of data platforms such as Tableau or Adobe Analytics
- Fluency in Business English
- Structured, organized and detail-oriented way of working, strong communication skills, innovative mindset and negotiation skill
