Our Business Controlling Gas, LNG & Engineering team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Conduct and control Performance Management for Uniper's Wholesale Business
- Define and implement financial and value KPIs and Performance targets for Uniper's Wholesale business and align with the senior management of Sales and Business Controlling
- Drive and participate in diverse Wholesale projects, e.g. performance reporting, automation of reporting and further development of steering
- Oversee Strategy Process, Liquidity and Risk projects, Business Guardrails implementation for Uniper's Wholesale business
- Coordinate and lead overarching projects/processes of the CFO and Business Controlling area, e.g. Mid-Term-Planning-Process, Board presentations, Strategy Process, Liquidity and Risk projects, Business Guardrails implementation
- Manage ad-hoc requests and conduct in-depth analysis for senior management in Front Office & CFO area including modelling of business cases and investment projects
- Proactively set steering signals supporting the Wholesale business to achieve its (strategic) targets
- Plan, monitor and steer transformation of Uniper's Wholesale business, also including up- and midstream-alignment
- Preparation of regular Performance Dialogue Meetings for Uniper's Wholesale Business
- Excellent Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance or Business Administration, Engineering
- Substantial working experience in finance & controlling environment or adjacent functions, ideally in the energy sector and/or sales related
- Profound knowledge of energy markets, trading and wholesale, preferably Uniper's business model' and respective functions
- Advanced experience in performance management, target setting, reporting and relevant KPIs (e.g. EGM, Value added)
- Substantial Project Management skills gained on large scale and/or strategic projects, including complex stakeholders
- General IT affinity, profound knowledge and relevant experience of MS-Office-applications (Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint) and databases as well as BI tools
- Strong analytical mind-set and willingness to drive performance and change; Operational Excellence mindset
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different locations / internationally dispersed colleagues
- Stakeholder Management skills and ability to interact with Senior Management (e.g. front office and finance community)
- Advanced interpersonal, facilitation and communications skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), other language skills would be a plus
