POSITION OVERVIEW
As Digital Marketing Manager EOC Europe you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing consumer faced marketing campaigns that promote our brands and products. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
> Drive the aligned EOC Digital Marketing vision and direct the team`s efforts in supporting brand, business and consumer acquisition / growth objectives
> Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI across search engine platforms.
> Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
> Manage all aspects of SEM campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
> Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
> Help the team in developing new capabilities that support consumer experiences, formats, insights / data on platforms.
> Stay up-to-date on all media trends, business opportunities and standard methodologies, etc. to ensure EOC`s SEM strategies remain innovative and effective.
> Last but not least, provide regular reporting and analysis of SEM performance, identifying areas for improvement as well as excute precise budget management.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
> Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, especially: running successful digital marketing campaigns, experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing as well as experience with data analytics and reporting.
> Bachelor`s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience.
> Certifications in relevant business fields such as Google ads & analytics are a plus.
> You possess the ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
> You are a consumer advocate - obsessed with how we come to life across the digital ecosystem in the geography to best serve our consumers.
> You come with an innovative approach to marketing campaigns and problem-solving.
> Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines are self-evident to you.
> You are comfortable using and learning new digital tools and platforms.
> You are fluent in English and if you also speak German, this will be a plus.
