The (Junior) Process Manager will assist in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to enhance efficiency and quality in service processes. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, document processes, and support the implementation of process changes.

  • Assist in mapping and documenting existing processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of process flow diagrams, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Provide support for process improvement projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Assist in developing metrics and KPIs to measure process performance.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field is an advantage, however fresh energy is always welcome who are willing to learn and have a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, BIC, Signavio etc) and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Language skills: proficiency in both written and verbal Englisch is required, German is a plus
