Now, Let's Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Marketing & Category Development Director, you be responsible for developing engagement of the local consumer behind all Edgewell brands. You will support the local Marketing team and will be responsible to drive and implement digital transformation within the local marketing team and across the whole organization. This role will be responsible for the definition and implementation of the local digital plans within the EU framework, setting the plan and priorities and measuring results. The position will also manage key stakeholder relationships across departments internally and with external agencies. If there's one thing, you'll get here at Edgewell, it's a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues. They're an inspiring bunch. Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?
It would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
• Experience in a media agency in digital roles and/or top tier digital media publishers with good understanding of Consumer Goods
• Proven ability to operate media planning for top accounts -working knowledge of top DMP / DSP solutions on the market
• Be a strong influencer and presenter
• Strong analytical skills– able to optimize against relevant KPIs & commercial goals
• Ability to manage relationships transversally across teams.
• In depths digital know how and willingness to relentlessly absorb and integrate new facts and methodologies
• Internal customer focused with strong needs identification capacity.
• Fluency in English and German
