Job Description

We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) for our plant in Hemer to start as soon as possible.

  • Business partner for the management team:
    • Supervision of the industrial employees in production as well as the technical and commercial employees at the Hemer plant
    • Implementation of recruiting, personnel development and promotion measures, employment law issues, conducting BEM discussions
  • As an accepted HR team player in cooperation with managers, employees and works councils
  • Supporting HR management with local and overarching works council issues
  • Participation in HR projects, including cross-location projects

  • Completed studies, preferably in the field of human resources and/or labor law
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of human resources
  • Sound experience in connection with works council work
  • Good knowledge of labor, works constitution and contract law, with a focus on collective agreement Metall/NRW
  • Very good written and spoken English skills are essential due to the international nature of the role required
  • High resilience, customer- and solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills and
    communication behavior and competent appearance
  • Very good knowledge of Office applications, knowledge of Google Workspace desirable, experience with SAP/HR and/or SuccessFactors an advantage
