- Hunt new business, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create innovative solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results oriented and stress-resistant.
- Proficiency in French, German and English. Luxembourgish an asset.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg's business landscape and regulations.
