You have a high affinity to work with technical data and analysis tools, to understand and improve the processes and performance, in and around a physical technical system, ideally a digital printing system?
You are interested in Data Security aspects from a perspective of application on a physical system? We have an interesting offer for you, to work in a young, motivated and growing team.
- Determine and drive relevant Service aspects in the project generation process, focusing on product performance related technical data
- Support of Technicians and customers, for technical questions, remotely and on-site driven by data analysis and monitoring
- Proactive and reactive improvement of data and associated analysis tooling
- Support of tests and analysis in-house and at our customers
- Support Service colleagues and customers for data security questions in a related framework
- Creation and maintenance of Service documentation
- Support in Service trainings and workshops
- Completed vocational education as a mechatronic technician or a Bachelor degree (or higher) in a technical course of studies or comparable education
- Understanding of handling and structure of electrical-, mechanical and electronical systems including bus-systems.
- Hands-on mentality with structured, self-paced working attitude, appropriate communication skills, reliability and a positive mindset to work in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and good skills in English
- Well established Data Analytics skills by applied scripting and dashboarding technics
- Flexibility and readiness to travel the world if needed (international driving license may be required)
