The Impact You-ll Make in this Role As an Inside Sales Support in the Industrial Filtration team you have the opportunity to perform sales operation tasks that allows a flawless customer experience. This key-role will have internal engagement to free up technical sales resources by taking away administrative tasks form the sales team. Moreover it will be the Go-to-Person for customers to support their transactions with Solventum. As an Inside Sales Support you will make an impact by: Coordinate order process between customer, customer service team and sales team Release blocked orders in cooperation with the customer service and sales team Facilitate volume allocation, order prioritization and production scheduling with the planning and sales teams Willingness to have direct customer contact Lead the new customer set-up processes Execute material extensions Initiate special pricing or pricing tier allocation Establish customer quotations based on proper guidance Analyze sales data Support the organization of customer training events Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: You have successfully completed professional training as an industrial clerk or similar You preferably have relevant experience and are familiar with direct customer contact You have excellent organizing skills and appear to be a balanced and kind person, even in stressful situations You have good communication skills, team spirit and good knowledge of German and English You have good Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wuppertal at least 1-2 days per week) Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
