As an Inside Sales Support in the Industrial Filtration team you have the opportunity to perform sales operation tasks that allows a flawless customer experience. This key-role will have internal engagement to free up technical sales resources by taking away administrative tasks form the sales team. Moreover it will be the Go-to-Person for customers to support their transactions with Solventum.

As an Inside Sales Support you will make an impact by:

  • Coordinate order process between customer, customer service team and sales team
  • Release blocked orders in cooperation with the customer service and sales team
  • Facilitate volume allocation, order prioritization and production scheduling with the planning and sales teams
  • Willingness to have direct customer contact
  • Lead the new customer set-up processes
  • Execute material extensions
  • Initiate special pricing or pricing tier allocation
  • Establish customer quotations based on proper guidance
  • Analyze sales data
  • Support the organization of customer training events

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed professional training as an industrial clerk or similar
  • You preferably have relevant experience and are familiar with direct customer contact
  • You have excellent organizing skills and appear to be a balanced and kind person, even in stressful situations
  • You have good communication skills, team spirit and good knowledge of German and English
  • You have good Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wuppertal at least 1-2 days per week)
