- Requirements Gathering: Define and document business requirements for new procurement solutions in the "Private Label Development" Team (PLD). Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital solutions related to label artwork creation with ESKO Webcenter and Product Development Tools.
- Continuously assess and optimize procurement processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, supporting the product teams. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Support the product team to plan, execute, monitor and optimize various processes to ensure efficient and effective product development (f.e. in Project Management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Engineering, Customer and Stakeholder Engagement, Continuous Improvement Culture ).
- Contribute on a strategic vision for the Procurement Solutions team within the Assortment to Market process, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital solutions, coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration into existing systems and processes according the target architecture.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the effective utilization of procurement solutions. Create user manuals and conduct workshops as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
