Founded in 2018, VIVERE is transforming the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Using AI to power our Platform model, we efficiently create and manage next-generation brands. Our integrated model combines marketing, design, R&D, production, supply chain management, sales, and technology. We have successfully launched 10 brands and 150 products in markets such as beauty, health, wellness, pet care, and home & garden. We sell through Amazon, direct-to-consumer (DtC) channels, and retail. We co-develop brands with creators and communities such as Zumba and help other brands develop high-quality products through our B2B services. We are a team of 60 consumer experts based in Hamburg, where our production facility is also located. VIVERE is becoming a key player in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

  • Analyze category and consumer insights using our proprietary Emmy AI tools.
  • Translate insights into product concepts and creative communication activities.
  • Lead product development by working with R&D, compliance, and production teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams (Amazon, DtC, retail, B2B) to create brand impact.
  • Own and execute the brand's marketing calendar with our channel partners.
  • Work with creators and strategic partners to drive consumer engagement.
  • Manage brand performance within our KPI and ROI framework.

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing with strong academic performance.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with deep problem-solving capabilities.
  • Intrinsic drive to take initiative and collaboratively lead efforts across departments.
  • Focus on achieving financial impact and continuous optimization of your brands.
  • Passion for developing outstanding product concepts to meet consumer needs.
  • Strong commitment to increasing consumer engagement across various channels.
