Founded in 2018, VIVERE is transforming the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Using AI to power our Platform model, we efficiently create and manage next-generation brands. Our integrated model combines marketing, design, R&D, production, s upply chain management, sales, and technology. We have successfully launched 10 brands and 150 products in markets such as beauty, health, wellness, pet care, and home & garden. We sell through Amazon, direct-to-consumer (DtC) channels, and retail. We co-develop brands with creators and communities such as Zumba and help other brands develop high-quality products through our B2B services. We are a team of 60 consumer experts based in Hamburg, where our production facility is also located. VIVERE is becoming a key player in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

At VIVERE, we're looking for a dedicated Strategic Operations Manager (f/m/x) to support our CEO and COO with projects aimed at improving operations and solving ad-hoc operational problems.   • Support the CEO and COO with operational projects aimed at improving efficiency.
  • Provide proactive problem-solving support for ad-hoc operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Gain cross-functional experience and prepare for a future role as an operational leader.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the COO and other operational teams.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize processes and technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop into a future operational leadership role.
