In this position, you will lead the coordination of the development of complex electronics in the Internet of Things (IoT) area. Working with a multidisciplinary, multinational team, you will drive the decision on the architecture, design, and selection of components, including discussions on test concepts and requirements engineering. You will be part of a cross-divisional development team and will closely cooperate with independent test labs, development and manufacturing partners, and approval bodies to qualify or provide design requirements for our innovative IoT solutions.

You'll play a pivotal role in aligning and managing technical data, requirements, documentation, and approvals for our innovative IoT solutions.
In this exciting role, you'll drive with your hands-on mentality critical initial operations, integrating electronics hardware and embedded software to ensure seamless functionality. Your expertise will be vital during the early product development phases, where you'll generate test plans for prototypes, leveraging your deep understanding of the product's functionality.
You'll also be responsible for proposing production test concepts for the electronics, working closely with the Software team and the Technical Project Manager. Your insights into product performance and design will significantly influence the development process.
Your passion for ensuring seamless project flow will be evident as you meticulously document all development steps across various platforms, including SAP ECTR, Jira, Confluence, and IBM Jazz. You'll thrive on flexibility, turning unexpected challenges into innovative solutions.

You want to strengthen our Edge Computing and Connectivity team workcing in multi-divisional development projects. With your knowledge, passion and creativity for user-oriented electronic designs you push innovations.
What you need is:
- Bachelor or Master in Electrical- and Electronics Engineering or similar fields
- 6-10 years experience in electronics development and design for serial production in the area of IoT
- 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination in research and development projects is a plus
- Distinct knowledge in selection of electronic components together with our supply team
- Distinct knowledge in power efficient embedded electronics design
- Knowledge about mobile network technologies, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and similar technologies
- Experience in planning and implementation of product qualification methods
- Good knowledge of English language and willingness to travel internationally, german is a plus
