European Legal Professional or European Legal Advisor*
Finance, Legal, HR & Audits | Experienced | Permanent | Full-Time
- Providing legal advice with a focus on European commercial law, contracts and consumer protection law
- Advising Nintendo of Europe business units, Nintendo Japan Legal department and European local markets on commercial law matters within the European region
- Supporting legal drafting and reviewing letters, contracts and other corporate law- or commercial law-related documents for the European region
- Collaborating with and receiving guidance from the Senior European Legal Advisors in the team
- German law degree or law degree of another European country, a Master of Law would be a plus
- At least two years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or as in-house lawyer
- Excellent knowledge of European civil law, consumer law, and corporate law
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills, German, Italian or Polish would be a plus
- Well-structured and process-oriented thinking as well as diligent style of work
- Very good communication skills paired with a team oriented mindset
- 30 days of vacation
