  • As part of the global marketing in the medical division, you will identify (international) needs and trends in intensive care (ICU), evaluate them for Dräger and derive marketing activities from them.
  • You understand customer needs and clinical language and can translate technological benefits into clinical context.
  • Together with Product Managers and Marketing Managers you will further develop Marketing for the field Intensive Care from a clinical, marketing and communications standpoint.
  • You will be responsible for the planning, conception, and delivery of relevant content in order to attract potential customers, inspire customers in the long term and increase brand loyalty.
  • You will also ensure the intercultural and business relevance of marketing activities through your active collaboration with regions and countries.

  • You have a degree in business administration, engineering, or healthcare with a focus on marketing or a comparable degree and at least several years of professional experience in the medical field, sales, B2B, marketing or product management.
  • You are familiar with the processes and procedures in the intensive care unit, either through working in a hospital or due to hospital-related/medical experience.
  • Networking is one of your strengths and you actively seek cross-functional collaboration both at headquarters and with colleagues in the regions and countries. Ideally, you already have a network of international key opinion leaders in the field of intensive care medicine, or you enjoy building one over time.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and have intercultural skills and a strong ability to persuade others.
