About the team

The chapter Technology & Engineering - Data & AI Engineering represents all experts who deliver data and AI engineering capabilities to our product teams. These experts are organized together to enhance those functional skillsets, improve E.ON's MLOps & AIOps tech stack and deliver a high level of data delivery & model automation.

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

  • Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices, removing impediments for the scrum team
  • Working with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog, determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events and decision-making processes
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing and helping teams to make improvements
  • Tracking project processes, performance, deliverables, and financials
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders


authentic & ambitious - Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar relevant field
  • Successfully completed Scrum Master certification
  • Multiple years of experience as a Scrum Master (f/m/d) or in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
