Join our team and you'll be responsible for supporting the Marketplace team by developing and maintaining reports, providing insights and conducting market research.
Working in the Marketplace Management department, you will work closely with the Marketplace Managers, Peformance Marketing, our Product and Sales team.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain regular reports, working closely with analysts to provide transparency on internal KPIs, market developments and long-term trends.
- Develop competitive insights, work with sales and customer success teams to understand customer performance, and drive reporting and insights across marketing, product and brand.
- Support the Marketplace team with administrative tasks and projects.
- Conduct market research and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with data entry and analysis to track marketplace performance metrics.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or recent graduate – any marketing background gained within this a major plus
- Excellent communication in both english and german and interpersonal abilities.
- Data driven and passionate about numbers (to be demonstrated)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
