Building solutions for a better life. The Bosch Building Technologies division is a leading international provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability.

Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

  • International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Specialist Pricing for Sales Excellence (f/m/div.), you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
  • In your position you are an expert on pricing and support the organization with tools and methods for price optimization. You support in the conceptualizing of new pricing strategies (software & service pricing models, value-based pricing) and deploy it into the organization. You ensure the effectiveness of pricing measures (PCR) in collaboration with Sales Controlling. Together with the business you define measures on follow-up of market price development.
  • Contribute to our go-to-market strategy, working closely with senior management to develop sales initiatives and measures to achieve sales targets.
  • Along the customer and sales journey, you will drive the development of standard sales processes and initiatives. You will contribute to the definition of appropriate processes in CRM, including roll-out and organisational change management.
  • You have a strong affinity to digital and AI driven sales tools and contribute to shaping our sales environment accordingly.
  • As part of a strong, experienced, and international team you contribute to various topics along the customer journey and act as a multiplicator to foster the importance of sales and pricing excellence in the organization.

  • Education: completed university studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in a consulting, business strategy or sales excellence function, preferably in a large international organization with B2B focus. CRM and sales steering knowledge, Experience in steering of cross-functional projects is a plus
  • Personality and Working Practice: self-driven and proactive. Convincing and resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset, Goal and result orientation analytical skills, Excellent communication across all hierarchical levels
  • Work Routine: Willingness to travel of 10%
  • Languages: business fluent in English, fluent in German
