  • Take responsibility: You enable and empower Bosch Start-ups to drive their sales growth by designing and implementing a B2B-Sales Empowerment Program along the Bosch Innovation Framework.
  • Create something new: You build the B2B-Sales Empowerment Program with additional internal and external support, based on methodologies like BOWTIE and 4DX, including other start-up specific and state-of-the- art methodologies.
  • Observing with foresight: You collaborate closely with other internal functions i.e. Marketing and Business Development as well as external service providers for a cohesive enablement program.
  • Help shape the future: Additionally, you will act as a coach - running trainings and workshops, and providing in-team support to ensure the success of the program.
  • Coordinate conscientiously: You spearhead topics and initiatives, such as Ideal Customer Profile, Go-To-Market-strategy, effective Lead Generation and Qualification, scalable Sales Process, navigating lengthy Sales Cycles, building customer Trust, innovation pricing, negotiation, hiring and training a high-Performance Sales Team, and more.

  • Working practice: Independent and very structured way of working, but still agile/ flexible; reliable / committed; can handle many different projects at the same time. Strong focus on Build-Measure-Learn approach.
  • Education: Completed studies with a focus on Sales, Business Development, Economics or similar education.
  • Experience and know-how: 10 + years of B2B sales and sales leadership experience, ideally especially in start-up environment. Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of startup methods, e.g. Lean Startup, Osterwalder, Lean Analytics, BOWTIE, Lean Canvas, Pirate Metrics, growth pyramid, digital analytics.
  • Personality: You show high customer and user focus with a hands-on approach. You are creative and proactive with strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm: You enjoy working in and with multicultural, internationally distributed teams.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive and growth mindset.
  • Languages: Your are (almost) English native in English and preferably business fluent in German; other languages are welcome.
  • Open for business travel.
