Join the team of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA as a CRM Campaigning Manager (all genders) to drive the development and execution of Email and SMS marketing campaigns across global markets and engage customers at every stage of their journey! In this role, you will support various international stewardship initiatives, train international teams and increase direct and indirect sales of seeds.
The place of work is in Einbeck, Lower Saxony. The position is unlimited and full-time.

Your Tasks:
  • Conception of Email & SMS campaigns focusing on educational, informational & commercial content along the customer journey.
  • Roll out campaigns globally and provide best practices and trainings for international markets.
  • Build up campaigns and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as customer segmentation in Data Cloud / CDP.
  • Build up lead capturing and standardize nurturing campaigns.
  • Prototype, analyze and drive campaign optimization through A/B testing.
  • Make use of CRM and digital farming data to increase customer retention and share of wallet.

  • Academic degree with focus on marketing or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of CRM, E-Mail Marketing & automation, focusing on segmentation and personalization.
  • Know-how in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Data Cloud is a plus
  • Familiarity with performance marketing practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • You have an empathic mindset to understand our customer needs.
  • You are a team player with commitment and enthusiasm for the latest trends and benchmarks in the field of CRM & Automation.
  • You are highly motivated, have an independent way of working, hands-on mentality and the ability to think in multilayers.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
