- You define and manage the CRM strategy and roadmap.
- You collect and evaluate business requirements and resolve system issues.
- You define standards and targets for the CRM processes and structures.
- You ensure alignment between business and IT and host global CRM Key User community.
- You run continuous improvement processes and rollout projects in an agile environment.
- You have successfully completed a related university degree and gained several years of experience in Sales/Marketing or Consulting.
- You bring strong knowledge of CRM tools, such as Sales Force/Microsoft Dynamics or others.
- You are familiar with project management methods and capable to successfully put them into practice.
- You are an experienced change manager, who is able to coach/ train relevant stakeholders across all hierarchies.
- You can operate in an international environment and have a direct and open communication style in order to communicate on all business levels.
- Your English is proficient - written as well as spoken.
