  • Functional and line management of the group including the motivation of its members
  • Operational planning for the group in consultation with the department management
  • Assisting in the operational and strategic planning for the department
  • Continuous methodological, personal and structural development of the group
  • Ensuring group members compliance with company regulations, processes and guidelines
  • Group resource planning for relevant projects and activities
  • Regular reporting on the reliability of the wind turbine fleet to the R&D departments, including delineating areas of action for increasing reliability
  • Initiation and implementation of projects to optimise wind turbine generator (WTG) reliability
  • Solving load problems in the WTG fleet and load optimisation on existing WTGs

  • Graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, physics, mathematics or similar
  • Experience in site simulation / site suitability testing for wind turbines or reliability analysis
  • Background in technical project management and basic knowledge of business administration
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, ability to work in a team and a solution-oriented way of working
