- Functional and line management of the group including the motivation of its members
- Operational planning for the group in consultation with the department management
- Assisting in the operational and strategic planning for the department
- Continuous methodological, personal and structural development of the group
- Ensuring group members compliance with company regulations, processes and guidelines
- Group resource planning for relevant projects and activities
- Regular reporting on the reliability of the wind turbine fleet to the R&D departments, including delineating areas of action for increasing reliability
- Initiation and implementation of projects to optimise wind turbine generator (WTG) reliability
- Solving load problems in the WTG fleet and load optimisation on existing WTGs
- Graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, physics, mathematics or similar
- Experience in site simulation / site suitability testing for wind turbines or reliability analysis
- Background in technical project management and basic knowledge of business administration
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, ability to work in a team and a solution-oriented way of working
- Current opportunity for up to 95% mobile working (remote)
