As a Manager Business Development for Corporate Clients at Start2 Group, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in Europe.
You will support the Business Development lead across the whole sales funnel and hereby collaborate with the other team divisions (Customer Success, Program Execution & more) to initiate innovation partnerships and projects with large corporations & SMBs in the areas of Corporate Accelerators, Intrapreneurship and Venture Clienting. On top, you will support the teams in building up corporate ecosystems across Europe for incoming startups from Asia & the Americas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching, identifying and outreaching to potential clients in European markets across different industries.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Developing and presenting compelling proposals and presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, programs and initiatives.
  • Monitoring trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Analyzing sales and market data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Representing the company at events and conferences.
  • Interface to the America & Asia Business Development teams.


  • 2+ years of sales experience for Enterprises and/or SMBs in Europe with a proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and closing deals ("Hunter" approach & mentality)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels, from technical experts to business decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of corporate market trends, dynamics, and challenges.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed.
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluent in German and English
