Are you passionate about quality management and process improvement in the MedTech industry? Join Olympus as a Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant in our Quality Management System (QMS) department, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement.

  • Maintain and develop QMS: Ensure the quality management system and its documentation are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Master data management: Oversee master data within the process management tool, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Training: Educate process management roles on standards, governance, methodologies and software tools
  • Process review and consultation: Offer expert consultation on process organization during creation and updates to ensure alignment with established standards and governance
  • Standard and governance development: Create and implement comprehensive standards, governance frameworks and methodologies for holistic process management
  • Tool development and maintenance: Develop and maintain the process management tool to support effective process management
  • Quality audit support: Assist in quality audits to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Several years' experience in project management within a regulated industry; experience in the medical device industry highly beneficial
  • Strong proficiency within the MS Office 365 environment
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Analytical and solution-driven thinking and ability to solve complex problems
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in diverse environments
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and collaborative mindset

Please note that this position comes with a fixed-term contract for 3 years with the possibility of extension.
