Are you a skilled legal assistant looking to make a significant impact in the dynamic realm of financial technology? Join our esteemed team at DIGITEC Financial Technologies and Services GmbH as a Legal Administrative Assistant and embark on an exhilarating journey of innovation and compliance. In this role, you will work closely with our head of finance, supporting our legal and financial operations with your expertise and dedication.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent handling and coordination of all legal tasks within the finance department, including legal compliance, contractual law, IP protection, labor law and employment matters, risk management, and legal disputes (active deadline management, maintenance and updating of reports, etc.)
  • Independent processing of general internal inquiries from specialist departments and respective center management
  • Legal review of the contracts for defects and special agreements, including the preparation of addendums.
  • External correspondence
  • Acting as an interface with clients, business partners, and external lawyers
  • Assisting with or independently managing the preparation of various contracts (based on existing templates)


  • Solid legal knowledge and ideally a qualification as a Legal Assistant or a comparable qualification
  • Independent, structured, and meticulous work style with a quick grasp of new concepts
  • A sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Proficient in German, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in English
