YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for leading the team Performance & Compensation International/ Global Mobility.
  • You develop and manage a high-performing team through health oriented leadership and the recruitment and development of internal and external talents with the help of feedback and talent management.
  • You also create an inspiring, performance-enhancing and appreciative work environment.
  • You will design and implement performance appraisal systems that are fair, transparent, and aligned with business objectives and ensure these systems are culturally appropriate and effective across different regions.
  • Furthermore, you will use performance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of performance management systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • You will align compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies with the overall People and Culture strategy and business objectives.
  • You will conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures and analyze compensation trends and data across different regions to maintain competitive salary ranges.
  • You will develop and manage global salary structures, pay scales, and grading systems and ensure consistency and equity in compensation practices across various locations.
  • You will utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and provide insights on compensation, benefits, and performance trends. Besides that, you will prepare reports and dashboards for the senior leadership team.
  • You will act as international expert within this area.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You bring many years of varied professional experience in the field of compensation, benefits and performance management in a global context and have already gained several years of experience in leading internationally oriented teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions are as much a part of you as your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to work effectively in different cultural environments and understand the nuances of different regions.
  • You have an excellent level of English and any other foreign language is an advantage.
