You are enthusiastic about processes? You want to take lead in driving AirPlus towards continuous improvement? You are a great communicator and manage to bring together different points of view? Then, this is your job!

  • Support Process Excellence in their mission to drive process-orientation at AirPlus forward embracing continuous improvement
  • Responsible for strategic process management topics
  • Further develop KPI reporting and tools to monitor process performance
  • Initiate and manage process optimization measures using Lean Six Sigma toolbox
  • Develop and roll-out company-wide continuous improvement approach
  • Work in close exchange with process experts as well as key stakeholders to improve business value
  • Facilitate and moderate cross-functional workshops (physically and/or virtually)
  • Develop LSS training modules and conduct training regurlarly
  • Elaborate ideas, tools or concepts and create related management presentations
  • Manage stakeholders and promote continuous improvement at AirPlus
  • Support ensuring stable system usage (BIC process design)
  • Support process modelling (BPMN 2.0) as necessary

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar education
  • Problem-solving skills with strive for pragmatic and business-oriented solutions
  • Ability to lead and present topics in a clear and structured way (project management experience is an advantage)
  • First experience in process management such as Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Commitment to team results within a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly and proactively, paired with a growth mindset
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
