- You actively contribute to the development of sourcing and department strategies
- You drive supplier enabled innovation in line with the Management Unit Consumer pipeline and therefore have a significant impact on the business
- You secure early involvement in projects to ensure co-creation, co-design and target cost based on TCM principles
- You cross-functionally identify and manage partners to co-design innovations throughout the entire development process
- You review and extend supplier portfolios to enable a fast track to market while adhering to procurement policies and departments strategies
- You are working within cross-functional teams to roll-out our sustainability strategy
- You are working within an international environment - including our Sourcing Team based in Hongkong
University degree in business administration (economics), industrial engineer or comparable relevant degree / international education
More than 5 years appropriate professional experience in sourcing, ideally in FMCG
Experience in supplier collaboration insofar scouting, prototyping, co-creation and co-design
Knowledge state-of the art purchasing processes (including negotiation skill), project management and tools
Ability to see things holistically and strategically
Analytical thinking, especially regarding processes and costs
Ability to work with teams in an agile and innovative environment demanding quick reaction and abstraction capabilities
Full proficiency in English (spoken and written) and ideally same in German
Profound knowledge in MS O365 standard
