As a Working Student Digital Technology Agile Project Management - Expert Services (f/m/d) you will be part of our internal Agile Transformation Services team that is spearheading E.ON's Digital Technology initiatives. This means becoming a key member of a skilled team of experts who will lead, shape, transform and digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe.
What you are responsible for
- You will join an agile project and support SCRUM Masters (f/m/d) to drive the agile way of working, establishing events, creating best practice artifacts and managing the tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- You will create and own the agile playbook for the project and train team members and onboard new ones into the way of working
- You will get to know our key programs across the E.ON Group, support the program teams and leverage the work on our methodology
- You develop and professionalize our Project Services practice by contributing to our agile internal activities
What you are good at
- You are an enrolled student (f/m/d) in a study program related to Project Management, IT, Business Administration or with a similar focus
- You have gained first project management experience and agile knowledge (SCRUM), ideally certified
- Ability to craft a compelling story, appropriately communicate with different levels across the organization and gain buy-in and support
- You are digitally savvy and are a strong remote collaborator (f/m/d)
