We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn, Vienna (with 60% home office option) as a
User Experience Designer (m/w/d)
- Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users
- Designing the interactions and workflows that users will experience when interacting with a product or service
- Designing the visual elements of a product, such as color schemes, typography, and imagery
- Conducting user tests to evaluate the design and identify areas for improvement
- Work and collaborate with product managers, development leads and designers and translate findings into bold, actionable insights
- Champion and defend the voice of the user, and advocate a user-centric design approach
- B.Sc. in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI or other relevant field
- Previous experience in working within a B2B context and/or within the healthcare domain is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can get your ideas across to a variety of audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Strong collaborator, with proven ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders including designers, researchers, product leads and engineers
- Attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility
- Working proficiency in English language is required
